O they were so nice and clean — he was nice, the family was nice. I needed him in an emergency and that's exactly what he did. He gave me an emergency and fixed everything for me. The car was clean, he even stood and finished cleaning the car. I'm going to rent from them every time I come to Michigan — this was the best experience.
