Our plans are damage waivers, not insurance policies. They limit what you owe us if the car is damaged. They don't cover your liability to other people, which is what your own policy is for.

Yes, as long as they're named on the rental agreement, meet the same age and licence requirements, and are present at pickup. There's no extra charge for additional drivers.

$250, refundable. It's held at pickup and released when the vehicle comes back on time, undamaged, and at the same fuel or charge level. Card holds usually clear within a few business days depending on your bank.

Card through Square, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, or cash at pickup. Card payments carry a processing fee that's shown as its own line before you confirm. The other methods don't.

For anything other than card, we send you a booking number once your rental is approved — put it in the memo so we can match the payment to your reservation.

Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup and you get a full refund of anything you've paid. Inside 48 hours, one day's rate is retained. No-shows are charged the first day in full. Cancelling because of severe weather or a genuine emergency — call us, we'll work it out.

No. The total on the booking page includes the daily rate, your protection plan, tax and any card fee. The only things that can be added afterwards are refuelling if you bring it back low, mileage over your allowance, a late return, or damage.

200 miles per rental day, pooled across the whole rental. A four-day trip gives you 800 miles to use however you like. Anything past that is 35¢ a mile, settled at return.

Return it at the level you got it. If it comes back lower we'll refuel it and charge the pump price plus a $25 service fee. Same idea for the EVs — bring the charge back to roughly where it started.

Call us. Roadside assistance is included in every rental, any hour. If the vehicle can't be driven safely we'll get you into another one or refund the unused days.

There's a one-hour grace period. After that it's charged at a quarter of the daily rate per hour, up to a full extra day. Text us if you're running behind — if the car isn't booked out after you, we can usually be flexible.
